Exchange and return of goods

We value every customer and strive to provide you with comfortable shopping conditions. 

If the purchased product does not fit or has defects, you have the right to its exchange or return in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Return and exchange of good quality goods

According to Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer has the right to exchange or return goods of appropriate quality within 14 days from the moment of purchase, if:

  • the product has not been used and its appearance, packaging, seals, labels have been preserved;

  • there is a settlement document (check or invoice) confirming the purchase;

  • the product is not included in the list of those that are not subject to exchange and return (according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994).

Products that are not subject to exchange or return

According to the aforementioned Resolution of the CMU, the following are not subject to return or exchange:

  • food products, medicines, sanitary items;

  • underwear, hosiery;

  • printed products;

  • perfumery and cosmetic products;

  • children's toys made of soft material;

  • technically complex goods (household appliances, smartphones, computers, etc.).

If the product is included in this list, it can be exchanged or returned only if a manufacturing defect is detected.

Return and exchange of goods of inadequate quality

If the product is defective or has a manufacturing defect, you have the right:

  • exchange it for a similar product without additional payment;

  • choose another product with a corresponding price calculation;

  • get a full refund.

According to Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", in case of product defects, the consumer has the right to contact the seller within warranty period or, if not established, during a reasonable period of time.

Return procedure

To issue a return or exchange, you will need:

  1. Contact our manager by phone or email.

  2. Provide the necessary documents (cheque, passport or other identity document).

  3. Deliver the product to our warehouse or send it by mail upon agreement.

  4. After checking the product, we will exchange or refund within  5 working days.

Importantly!

  • The cost of returning goods of proper quality is covered by the buyer.

  • If the return is due to a defect in the product, the shipping costs will be compensated by the seller.
