Dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the birth of Dmitry Emelyanovich Lutsenko (1921 - 1989), born in the village. Berezovaya Rudka, Poltava region. Dmitry Lutsenko is the author of the lyrics of many famous songs: 'My Kyiv', 'Sedina', 'Front Soldiers', 'Mama's Cherry', 'Autumn Gold', etc.

The obverse depicts chestnut inflorescences against the backdrop of a panorama of Kiev (on the right) and placed: the small State Emblem of Ukraine (above), under which there is the inscription - UKRAINE, on the left in a semicircle on a mirror background - NATIONAL BANK; year of minting of the coin: 2006, denomination: 5 HRYVEN, designation of metal and its purity – Ag 925, purity weight – 15.55; logo of the Mint of the National Bank.

The reverse depicts a portrait of D. Lutsenko, to the right of which there are two chestnut inflorescences and stylized inscriptions: Berezova / Rudka 1921 / Kyiv 1989, around the coin - HOW NOT TO LOVE YOU, MY Kyiv! (above), DMITRY LUTSENKO (below).
