Dedicated to the fateful event that occurred 30 years ago, when on August 24, 1991, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a historical document - the Act of Declaration of Independence of Ukraine. On the obverse of the coin there are: the inscription UKRAINE, to the left of which the year of minting of the coin is 2021 and the small State Emblem of Ukraine; a composition that is a kind of information carrier and unites the past and the present: at the top is a QR code as a symbol of the digital transformation of society and the economy, at the bottom is a stylized image of embroidery elements - a treasury of symbols that reflect the customs, rituals, and beliefs of our people; denomination – 10 and the graphic symbol of the hryvnia (inscriptions Ukraine on the right).
The reverse of the coin depicts the identity for the Independence Day of Ukraine - the number 3 and the stylized number 0 in the form of a colored flower (pad printing is used) with the inscriptions: YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE FOR ME ((above in a semicircle), YEARS/INDEPENDENCE/UKRAINE (below).
