A bank roll of 40 circulating commemorative 10-hryvnia coins of 2026 dedicated to Kirovohrad Oblast — an issue of the National Bank of Ukraine’s «We Are Strong. We Are United» series in the NBU’s original packaging.
The coins are packed in a branded wrapper reading «Обігова пам’ятна монета номіналом 10 гривень «Ми сильні. Ми разом. Кіровоградська область»». Each reverse shows a stylised map of Ukraine with administrative borders, Kirovohrad Oblast picked out against a matte background, and the legends «КІРОВОГРАДСЬКА ОБЛАСТЬ» and «МИ СИЛЬНІ • МИ РАЗОМ». The obverse repeats the standard 2018-type 10-hryvnia coin: the Small Coat of Arms, «УКРАЇНА», «10», «ГРИВЕНЬ» and the date.
The NBU launched the series in December 2025 to affirm the country’s unity and territorial integrity, dedicating a coin to every region. The NBU put the Kirovohrad and Dnipropetrovsk Oblast coins into circulation on 28 August 2026.
A full roll is handy for swaps, gifts and building a regional set of the series. The coins are UNC: never circulated, without wear and with mint lustre.
