A soldier set against a bas-relief with battle scenes is the central image of the Kamenka Memorial of Glory and the subject of this rouble. The Pridnestrovian Republican Bank put the coin into circulation on 23 May 2017 as the fifth in the «Memorials of Military Glory of Pridnestrovie» series.

The reverse shows the monument to the Soviet soldier with «MEMORIAL SLAVY» (Memorial of Glory) above and «g. KAMENKA» below. The obverse bears the state arms of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic with the bank’s name, the date «2017» and the denomination «1 RUBL».

For Kamenka, 2017 brought two coins: in August the bank also issued a rouble with the town’s coat of arms in the «Modern Coats of Arms of Pridnestrovian Towns» series. The memorial coin is issuer catalogue number 10400-01-24005, mintage 50,000.

UNC condition: never circulated, relief untouched by wear, mint lustre retained. Alongside the Grigoriopol coin released three weeks earlier, it forms the pair of 2017 memorials.
