Notes of this design were printed in 1996–2003. This design has been invalid since 31 December 2013: it cannot be used for payment and banks will not redeem it, though the Riksbank itself redeems any old Swedish banknote for a fee.
The obverse shows a portrait of the singer Jenny Lind. The reverse shows a picture of a silver harp and its tonal range. A banknote of the Riksbank, the central bank of Sweden and the oldest in the world: it has been in operation since 1668. Watermark: the same portrait of Jenny Lind.
Swedish kronor are collected by printing, by year and by signature — two officials sign for the Riksbank, and the pairing tells one batch from another. UNC condition means the note has never circulated: no folds, no wear, no soiling, even corners — just as it left the press.
At VPcoins coins and banknotes are chosen both for collections and as gifts.
