France, 5 euro 2025 “French People’s Favorite Animals — Rabbit” is a commemorative bimetallic coin issued by Monnaie de Paris as part of a series dedicated to France’s most popular animals: dogs, cats, rabbits, and horses. The 2025 issue marks the 180th anniversary of the French Society for the Protection of Animals (SPA) and highlights the strong bond between the French people and their pets.

The reverse features rabbits in the central area, symbolizing sensitivity and curiosity; the outer ring is decorated with thematic animal-related elements (such as paw prints, a carrot, etc.), which unify the entire series.
