The commemorative medal is dedicated to the United for Justice international conference, which brought together participants from different countries of the world to discuss steps to build a network of comprehensive responsibility for the international crimes of the aggressor country. After all, only a strict and fair punishment of the aggressor can be a safeguard against aggressive wars in the future, a guarantee of the restoration and preservation of peace in Europe and the whole world.

On the obverse side of the medal is a stylized composition symbolizing that justice for Ukraine means justice and security for the whole world: in the center of the composition is a map of Ukraine, on which is placed a shield with the image of the planet Earth, on both sides of which are scales of justice; above and below – the small State Coat of Arms of Ukraine and the inscription UKRAINE, minting year 2023.

On the reverse of the medal, on a mirror background, there are inscriptions: the name of the international conference - UNITED FOR JUSTICE (in a circle), the venue - LVIV • LVIV, the hashtag - #U4J, the year of the event - 2023 (in the center).
