Leuchtturm TAB coin tray with square 22 × 22 mm compartments and a clear protective lid.

The 22 × 22 mm compartments are meant for small coins.

Coins are arranged in the compartments by year, country or denomination; choose a compartment in which the coin lies freely but does not move. The lid lets you view the coins without taking them out.

Handle the coin by its edge, preferably wearing cotton or nitrile gloves, so that no fingerprints are left on the surface. Do not wash or clean coins before storing them: signs of cleaning reduce their collector value.

Trays can be stored stacked in a box or case: the coins stay laid out and dust does not get into the compartments.

This item is part of the VPcoins catalogue, where medals, sets and banknotes sit alongside coins.
