10 riyals banknote, Qatar, 2003. Part of the regular series for internal circulation. Issued by the Qatar Central Bank in the early 21st century within the country’s current monetary system.
The obverse features Arabic inscriptions and a repeated denomination “10”. The reverse depicts a traditional dhow sailing vessel, a symbol of Qatar’s maritime history. The watermark shows a falcon with the denomination indicated.
The banknote will be a worthy addition to collections of both beginner and experienced collectors interested in the Middle East. The maritime theme and national symbolism make it a distinctive representative of the Qatari series.
