A regular 5 dollar banknote from Series D, issued by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA), variant with 2018 date and new signatures. Printed on paper by De La Rue. Horizontal orientation design.
On the obverse — portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on the right, the coat of arms of the Cayman Islands in the center, map of the islands and the Bissas. Main color — green with peach and multicolored elements. Inscriptions in English.
On the reverse — conch shell and two Caribbean amazons against a background of marine motifs and underwater world. Multicolored printing with predominance of green, blue and peach tones. The design highlights the rich marine fauna and flora of the Cayman Islands, their natural heritage and tropical identity.
