Regular banknote with a denomination of 1 dollar, issued in 2024 by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority in the 2010 series. Printed by De La Rue on paper, continuation of the design featuring the portrait of the Queen.
The obverse features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on the right, angelfish and other tropical fish around, map of the islands, and the Cayman Islands coat of arms in the center. Main colors are purple, marine blue, and orange on a multicolor underprint. Inscriptions in English.
The reverse shows the rocky bluff "The Bluff" on Cayman Brac in the center, marine elements, and landscape. Multicolor printing with predominance of blue, purple, and orange tones. The design highlights marine fauna, Caribbean nature, and British heritage.
