A note of the Central Bank of Chile from the new family of notes whose roll-out the bank began in 2009. According to the bank, this denomination entered circulation in 2009; the substrate is polymer.
The face carries the portrait of the poet Gabriela Mistral. The back carries La Campana National Park, one of the few native forests of Chilean palm, and the tucúquere owl. The backs of the whole family show Chilean nature: five landscapes and five animals.
Chilean notes are collected by denomination and by the year on the note. UNC condition means the note has never circulated: no folds, no wear, no soiling, even corners — just as it left the press.
Banknotes from the VPcoins catalogue are collected by seasoned collectors and newcomers alike.
