The bank prints the year and the series on the face of the note; its leaflet names the years 2015 (series F and G), 2017 (series H) for this denomination. The bank states the same size for all six current denominations: the guaraní uses one format for every note. The note is printed on cotton paper. The bank writes that the paper is of good strength and quality, strong and firm: even after heavy use it holds up, and the portrait, the texts and the numerals of the denomination stay crisp. The paper is not fluorescent under ultraviolet light. The bank spells this set of features out in the leaflet for the 10,000 guaraníes; the leaflets for the other paper denominations follow the same three steps, and for the 20,000 and the 100,000 the bank additionally says what is repeated on the security thread. The note carries the legal clause «Este billete tiene curso legal y fuerza cancelatoria ilimitada en todo el territorio de la República»: under Law 489 of 29 June 1995 it is legal tender with unlimited discharging power throughout the territory of the Republic.
The face shows «The Paraguayan Woman», a typical image. The back shows the building of the Central Bank of Paraguay. The note is issued by the Central Bank of Paraguay.
UNC condition means the note has never circulated: no folds, no wear, no soiling, even corners — just as it left the press.
