The Honduran fifty lempiras is a note about the Central Bank itself: the front shows President Juan Manuel Gálvez, and the back the new building of the Central Bank of Honduras.
Gálvez was a president of Honduras chosen by the Central Bank for its fifty; on the back the bank depicted its own new building.
Lempira notes are issued by the Central Bank of Honduras, which under Article 5 of the Monetary Law is the country's sole issuer of coins and banknotes. The note is dated 2014. The bank still prints the same design for this denomination, changing only dates, signatures and security features.
The Central Bank of Honduras keeps this design in the current version of the denomination, so the note fits into a run by issue date next to the notes now in use, and in a «heroes of Central America on money» set it fills the Honduran slot. UNC condition means the note has never circulated: no folds, no wear, no soiling, even corners — just as it left the press.
